AIB Classic Visa Business Card

This card is designed for regular business use throughout the country. The card offers a minimum company limit of EUR1,000, a minimum card limit of EUR650 and emergency cash replacement up to US$5,000. (subject to available Credit Limit, fees and charges may apply)

Annual Fee: EUR19.05

Government stamp duty of EUR30 is charged annually per credit card.

You assign which of your employees will hold a Classic Visa Business Card and choose the appropriate Credit Limit (minimum company limit of EUR1,000 and minimum card limit of EUR650). One monthly direct debit means payment for all the transactions on your AIB Classic Visa Business Card.

It is cost effective for your business to order goods and services from abroad using your AIB Classic Visa Business Card as it reduces the requirement to buy foreign currency.  A single monthly direct debit payment for all transactions means no interest and no transaction charges. A detailed monthly statement creates efficiency and less paperwork therefore simplifying the reconciliation of expenses and reducing administration costs for your business.

Your AIB Classic Visa Business Card can be used at home and abroad to purchase goods and services and make cash withdrawals, eliminating the need to keep large amounts of cash on hand.  Visa is the most accepted credit card in the world with 24 million outlets worldwide.
Cash Advance and ATM facilities are available worldwide wherever you see the Visa logo. This saves you time and money in obtaining foreign currency and eliminates the need for cash floats. Fees and charges apply.


Personal Accident Travel Cover*

Personal Accident Travel Cover applies to the AIB Classic Visa Business Cardholder, his/her partner and dependent children, when at least 50% of the travel fares have been booked using the AIB Classic Visa Business Card. Coverage is up to a maximum of EUR64,000 in the event of Death, Loss of Sight/Limb or Permanent Total Disablement.

Protection and Safety

Should your AIB Classic Visa Business Card be lost or stolen while you are abroad, you will be able to avail of up to US$5,000 cash on an emergency basis in most countries (subject to available Credit Limit, fees and charges may apply). You will be required to provide proof of identification when collecting replacement money.

How to Apply

New AIB Visa Corporate and Business cards

If you would like to apply for an AIB Visa Corporate and Business Card, please read the brochure, download and print our application form (see Related Information section). Once the application form has been completed, simply hand it into your local AIB branch.

Adding an Additional Cardholder

If you are already an AIB Visa Corporate and Business card customer and would like to add an additional Cardholder, please download our AIB Visa Corporate and Business Card Additional User Form (see Related Information section). Once the application has been completed, simply hand it into your local AIB branch.
